The following information must be obtained and approved before
Kelly’s Boxers will accept any breeding contract with our studs:
A photocopy of your dam's AKC Registration. (We do not accept any
other registrars)
A legible four year AKC generation pedigree.
Recent photograph of the dam. (Front and Side views)
Once approved for breeding we require the following:
Provide a veterinary health certificate, and copies of all lab reports.
Provide or pay for all transportation cost. If needed airport pick
up and delivery fees to (Kansas City MCI) are as follows:($____). (Must be paid prior to
shipping.)
Pay all veterinary costs at the time of service, if veterinary care is
needed while the dam is in our care.
Pay all expenses if using fresh chilled semen including collection kits,
semen collection, shipping charges, etc.
The dam owner must be willing and able to provide care for the litter and
agree that puppies resulting from this breeding shall not knowingly be sold
either directly, or indirectly, to pet shops, kennels, or individuals whose
purpose is mass production, wholesaling, or retailing of purebred
dogs.
The dam owner must screen all prospective buyers before selling
puppies resulting from this breeding,
Kelly’s Boxers will provide help in this area if needed. (Kelly’s Boxers
does not guarantee the ability to sell any puppies resulting from this
breeding, this is the dam owners responsibility)
Breeder will sell puppies on responsible contracts, Dam owner must provide Kelly’s Boxers
copies of contract for full registration.
Dam must be in good health, at least 18 months of age and under 7
years of age, any previous breeding of said dam must be reviewed by Kelly’s
Boxers.
If food is not provided by the owner of the dam, a boarding fee of $_5.00
per day will be charged.
Owner of the dam hereby agrees to furnish owner of stud with color photos
of all surviving pups in the litter and puppy buyers information (contract).
Owner of stud is not obligated to sign the litter registration form until
said photos are received, contracts and unless the stud fee and any other
expenses are paid in full.
Owner of dam hereby agrees that owner of stud will not be held liable for
any sickness, injury, accident, or death of said dam while under the care
of the owner of the stud.
Kelly’s Boxers must be notified in writing if the dam changes ownership
while in whelp, all terms of this contract remain in force, and this
contract is to be given to and explained to the new owners.
Prior to breed contract, our responsibilities to you are as follows:
Stud is guaranteed to be in the same good health as required of the
dam.
To provide a photocopy of our stud's AKC Registration.
A four year AKC generation pedigree.
All proposed dams must meet the following criteria:
The dam must be in good physical condition.
The dam must have a stable temperament.
STUD SERVICE POLICY
The stud fee for Zeke is $_500.00.
The stud fee for Boomer is
$_500.00.
One or more live saleable puppies, constitutes a litter.
If the dam does not whelp one or more live puppies, a return service will
be given to the same dam at the next season without an additional fee. Any
other conditions/agreements will be noted and initialed by both parties
under additional information on this document.
Kelly’s Boxers will sign for the full registration puppies produced by this
breeding, only if the Dam owner produces copies of contracts with buyers,
otherwise limited registration will be required.
The dam owner also agrees to sell puppies resulting from this
breeding with a sales contract indicating that, if for any reason a
purchaser of a puppy can no longer keep the puppy, the breeder requires the
return of the puppy to them to be resold to a suitable home.
The owner of the dam warrants that this dam has not been exposed to
any stud dog prior to her arrival and that he/she will protect her from
exposure upon her return home. A litter is not eligible for AKC
Registration if the serviced dam is serviced by a second male during this
heat cycle, nor is the owner of the dam entitled to a free repeat breeding.
Any amendments, or additions to this contract will be detailed in
the additional information space of this contract and will be initialed by
both stud and dam owner.
